Three steps to getting your 75% discount:

Step 1
To purchase your season ticket simply take a passport sized photograph along to your local First Great Western ticket office and show your valid company or Heathrow Airport ID card to get a 75% discount on the full ticket price.

Step 2
Your Heathrow Connect photo ID card is made for you immediately at the station and you can then purchase your season ticket whether weekly, monthly or annually.

Please note: Some of these stations do NOT have photo booths so please make sure you have a passport sized photograph ready.

Step 3
To renew your season ticket then all you need to do is take your current season ticket and Heathrow Connect photo ID card to your nearest First Great Western ticket office.

Where to catch trains

Trains call at Heathrow Central (for Terminals 1 and 3) and Heathrow Terminal 4. Commuters travelling via Terminal 5 can use Heathrow Express trains for a free transfer to or from Heathrow Central.
